HeatPumps.Solutions exists for one reason: heat-pump installers lose more signed work in the office than in the field. The crews are skilled, the equipment is good, the demand is there. What breaks is the paperwork, the follow-up and the data. We are a Canadian marketing and business consulting service that fixes those office systems, and we are deliberately not a contractor. We never install, service or repair anything.

The company

Answer first: a specialist brand inside an established Canadian consulting group.

HeatPumps.Solutions is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and serving clients across Canada. Sedighi.ca is the consulting company Ali Sedighi runs for growth, marketing and technology work, and it sits behind HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca. Its sister firm SAZ.ca (Strategy & Acceleration Zone) handles strategy, AI and revenue-acceleration engagements.

Inside that group, this brand has a narrow brief: the software and automation layer of heat-pump installation businesses. Proposals, rebate tracking, CRM, automated follow-up and reporting. The wider marketing work, such as websites, search and ads, is available through the same team and the HVAC.Agency plans.

Ali Sedighi, MBA

Answer first: 17+ years building marketing systems, with a long track record in HVAC.

Ali Sedighi holds an MBA in Technology Management. He started in digital marketing in 2007, when he founded ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency. He has since founded Conv.ca, a conversion-rate optimisation agency, and MyAutomation.ca, and he is Founder and Managing Partner of SAZ.ca. He lives and works in Vancouver, and has clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai.

His HVAC work is the reason this site exists. The count of live HVAC websites he has built is past 150, and the list takes in CombiBoiler.ca, RomaHeating.ca, BoilerPart.ca and HVACDeal.ca. Building that many sites, and keeping their leads and reporting straight, is mostly a systems problem. The automation and tracking habits from that work are what we bring to installers here.

How we work

Answer first: diagnose first, fix in order of money lost, and leave you owning everything.

  1. Look before recommending. We start with your numbers: time to proposal, close rate, stuck rebate jobs and source coverage.
  2. Configure before replacing. Most installers already pay for tools they barely use, so we configure what you have before suggesting anything new.
  3. Vendor-neutral by default. This site doesn't rank or promote software brands. When we compare tools for you, we score them against your requirements and put the reasoning in writing. If a commercial relationship ever applies, we tell you before you decide.
  4. You own the accounts. Every system is opened in your company's name. We work as invited users.
  5. Measure against your baseline. Reports compare you with your own past numbers, not with industry averages we can't verify.

What we won't do

Answer first: no installs, no compliance advice, no promised outcomes.

  • We don't install, service or inspect equipment, and we don't advise on technical codes or licensing; we link to the regulators instead.
  • We don't submit rebate applications for homeowners or make eligibility decisions; program administrators do that.
  • We don't give legal advice on privacy or anti-spam law, though we set up systems that support compliance.
  • We don't promise rankings, leads or installs. We show you the arithmetic and report what happens.

Why software and automation

Answer first: because it's where the fastest, cheapest gains usually are.

Buying more leads costs money every month. Closing a few more of the leads you already have costs a one-time setup and some discipline. For most installers we meet, a faster proposal, a working rebate tracker and a reliable follow-up sequence move the bottom line sooner than a bigger ad budget.
