Monthly plans

Answer first: three plans, each building on the one before.

Plan Monthly fee Where the software and automation work fits
Starter $2,998 Your website and its service pages, your Google Business Profile, a first pass at Google and Meta ads, hosting and upkeep, and a report each month
Growth $4,498 Starter's foundation with deeper content, ads on more channels and retargeting, plus the pieces this site cares about most: CRM integration, review requests and a report every week
Elite $8,998 Growth's scope with video and PR added, one account manager who knows your business, a live dashboard, a strategy call each month and reports built around your own measures

For the software and automation work on this site, Growth is usually the natural fit, because it includes CRM integration, review generation and weekly reporting. Elite adds a real-time dashboard, which suits multi-crew installers who want to watch cost per install as it happens.

Website packages

Answer first: one-time builds with a monthly hosting and care fee.

Package Build fee What you get, and how fast Ongoing monthly fee
Essential $3,500 A custom site of five to seven pages, live in two to three weeks $149 covers hosting and upkeep
Professional $6,500 Ten to fifteen pages designed around calls and texts, live in three to four weeks $249 adds conversion testing to hosting and upkeep
Enterprise $12,500 No cap on pages or service locations, live in four to six weeks $449 for complete management

For an installer, the Enterprise tier mostly matters when you serve many towns or provinces and want a properly tracked page for each.

A website matters here because it's where tracking starts. If your site can't record the source of an enquiry, nothing downstream can either.

What drives the cost of software work

Answer first: data quality, number of systems and team size.

  • Data quality. Migrating five years of clean customer records is quick. Migrating three spreadsheets with duplicate customers is not.
  • Number of systems. Connecting a CRM to one proposal tool is simple. Connecting it to proposals, accounting, call tracking and two ad platforms takes longer.
  • Programs and regions. A tracker for one province's programs is smaller than one for an installer working across three provinces.
  • Training. Twenty technicians need more training time than three.

Software subscriptions are separate. You pay vendors directly, which keeps the accounts yours.

A rough sense of scale

A small shop with one proposal tool, one province and clean data might need only a few weeks of setup inside a plan. A multi-crew installer moving off three spreadsheets, working across provinces and connecting accounting and call tracking needs considerably more. We'll scope it with you in writing before anything starts, so the size of the job is never a surprise.

A worked example of payback

Answer first: compare plan cost with the gross profit of the jobs it helps recover.

Suppose your average heat-pump install is $14,000 at a 30% gross margin, so each job is worth about $4,200 in gross profit. On the Growth plan at $4,498 a month plus GST/HST, you'd need roughly one or two extra signed jobs a month, from faster proposals, better follow-up or fewer lost rebate jobs, to cover the cost. Use your own job value and margin; the proposal software guide shows the full calculation.

How to choose

  1. No tracking at all? Start with Starter and a reporting setup, so you have a baseline.
  2. Tracking exists but follow-up and CRM are messy? Growth.
  3. Multiple crews, multiple regions, real ad budgets? Elite.

Frequently asked questions

Is software setup included in the monthly plans?

Configuration work such as CRM integration, review requests and reporting fits inside the plans, with the scope agreed up front. Software subscriptions themselves are billed by the vendor directly to you, so you own the account.

What does the free trial include?

Seven days, with no credit card. It covers a digital marketing audit, a check of how your website performs, an SEO review and a look at your competitors.

Do prices include GST or HST?

No. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and heat-pump installers add GST/HST for their province, or GST and QST in Quebec. Software subscriptions you buy from vendors carry their own taxes.

Is there a contract?

There's no lock-in. You can stop when the work stops being worth it to you, and because the accounts are in your name, you keep everything you've built.

Can we buy one fix, like proposal templates?

Ask us. Focused fixes are often scoped within a plan for a defined period. We'll tell you plainly if a single fix won't solve the problem you've described.
